1-OP-1 FOTOGRAFIE WORKSHOP PORTRET OP STRAAT

Kun je fotoboeken vullen met alle portretten die je niet hebt gemaakt?

Vind je het lastig om een onbekende op straat aan te spreken, geen idee hoe je iemand kunt/wilt afbeelden, hoe zit dat met lichtgebruik, wat heb je eigenlijk allemaal nodig? Er komt een hoop op je af wanneer je een persoon voor je camera hebt. Deze workshop is bedoeld om je handvatten voor het bovengenoemde aan te reiken, zodat je in het vervolg hier zelf mee aan de slag kunt gaan. Er is volop ruimte voor je eigen inbreng, leerdoel, struikelblokken, noem het maar op. Na een inleiding gaan we de straat op om direct aan de slag te gaan.

De workshop duurt 3 uur (13.00-16.00) op de veelzijdige NDSM-werf in Amsterdam. Je krijgt vervolgens een huiswerkopdracht mee en via Zoom (45 min) volgt op een later moment een nabespreking van je gemaakte werk.

Je koopt nu een workshop €225,- en verzilver je deze op een datum naar keuze.

Deze foto, uit mijn serie ‘The Bluebells Beside Us Unnoticed’, maakte ik in 2018 in Belgrado, de hoofdstad van Servië, waar ik 7 dagen alleen doorbracht. In mijn optiek een wat afstandelijke stad, waar ik de eerste dagen niet bepaald warm van werd. Nu voel ik me wanneer ik alleen reis eigenlijk nooit eenzaam, maar Belgrado leek een te harde noot om te kraken. Hoe zoet was het moment dat ik een gesloten zwembadencomplex passeerde, door een openstaand hek naar binnenglipte en oog in oog kwam te staan met leegstaande zwembaden!

Ik houd van openluchtzwembaden. Voert vast terug naar mijn jeugd en mijn urenlange gespartel in een buitenbad. Esthetisch krijg ik er nog altijd geen genoeg van en deze plek bood redding. De prille voorjaarszon brak door en voilà, dit was ons moment. Een warm bad gevonden in Belgrado.

Dit jaar hoop ik met de verkoop van deze foto een steentje bij te dragen aan de jaarlijkse inzamelingsactie 'Fotografie voor Goed'.

Van 1 september tot 1 november staat er een gloednieuwe collectie klaar!

Alle fotoprints worden geproduceerd door Fotolab Kiekie. Verzending binnen (bijna) heel Europa.
