welcome to my yoga journey:) when i was learning hurdles and perfecting my form i use to be scared to honestly show where i was at. i now embrace the awkwardness of growth and learning new poses! i know all this practice will pay off and i will shock myself with all i’ll be able to do. i don’t feel the need to rush my process or perform anymore. i will be great at whatever i put my mind and effort into. it’s not a matter of if but when. and i will share my journey, honestly and boldly!🪷 by @simonespractice
