NK style 2026! For how I felt today, it went alright. I don’t like the pauses, but the big jumps were fun. And I’m happy that I landed the front 540. by @simonfreerunning

Dutch championship ‘26🔥 I didn’t really have much energy all day, so I wasn’t on the level that I want te be. But for now, I’m satisfied with 11th place. Next year will be better!

Amazing weather for a last day in Lisbon!☀️ This parkour trip was truly fantastic. Meeting new people and training with them at beautiful spots is the best thing there is. I’m already looking forward to the next trip!

It was actually a miracle that I could train that day, because the day before I was really sick (stomach flu)... But the next day I felt great again and was even able to do this run. (I continue to be amazed by the human body)

Professional trespassing😂 This big hurdle was really scary, because of the slanted wall. It rained today, so I took it a bit easier with training.
