POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

My youngest, Luke, is about to make his final year short film at Portsmouth University. His crowdfunding appeal is still short of its target and, although they have contingencies to proceed with a lower budget, this would inevitably affect the scope and quality of his production.
The piece will be entered at short film festivals and success at those will help launch his career. He is a passionate and very talented young man and I am keen to see this film be the best calling card he can produce as he enters the profession. Obviously because he is my boy and also because I remember back, with immense gratitude, to those who helped me as I was starting out.
There is also the chance that, as my star wanes and his rises, I may well need him to employ me…
Whether you are part of this precarious business we call show and remember back to those who helped you take your first faltering steps or whether you were sensible and got a proper job, I would be very grateful if you could have a look at his pitch and see if there is any way you, or anyone you know, might be able to help with a few quid.
Thank you,
