Another finale. Another fantastic winner, thoroughly deserved.

This time 10 months ago I watched a video of a father-of-two from Newfoundland and knew he was something special. His talent was as clear as day, but as we got to know him, it became very obvious Jacob was a man with a big voice and an ever bigger heart - and Canada clearly feels the same way.

Immaculately professional, hard working and always pushing himself, it’s been a pleasure.

Congratulations to @rebeccastrongmusic on winning the @cangottalent Million Dollar Season, and to @lilly for a perfect Golden Buzzer pick.

A true storyteller, you’ve made us all laugh and cry, and I’m grateful to have played a part in your CGT journey. I’m super proud of you, and can’t wait to watch you soar. by @simonlynchtv
