Make a cute little turkey from a coffee filter and clothespin!

Materials:
Clothespins
Brown or other colors of paint. I went with bright colors(you don’t have to paint the clothespins)
Googley eyes
Orange and red paper
Markers
Coffee filters
Glue

Step 1: Color coffee filters with fall colors. Then spray with water.
Step 2: Paint the clothespins with brown paint or other colors. I went with bright orange and a pinky red.
Step 3: Once the clothespins have dried glue googley eyes on(you can also draw small dots for the eyes. Then glue a small triangle nose and teardrop shape wattle.
Step 4: Take the dry coffee filter and fold it in half. Then fold it in an accordion shape and close it in the clothespin.

There you have it an easy peasy little turkey craft!

Let make an owl out of a paper towel roll! This is a fun, easy, and low mess craft for fall!

Materials:
Paper towel roll
Brown and orange paper
Brown or black marker
Googley eyes
Glue

Step 1: If you are using a paper towel roll cut it in half. For a toilet paper roll you don’t need to cut it.
Step 2: Fold down one side of the paper towel roll folding the sides in towards the middle.
Step 3: Draw a loop pattern, lines, or any other fun pattern on the side of the paper towel roll.
Step 4: Cut a fall leaf in half. Glue one half on the right side and one half on the left side of the paper towel roll.
Step 5: Cut out 2 small brown circles. Glue googley eyes on the circles.
Step 6: Glue the eyes on to the paper towel roll. Add an orange paper upside down tear drop shape for the nose. Then triangle shapes for the feet.

Here is a a fun little craft for fall/Thanksgiving! Make symmetry turkeys. 🦃 ❤️

Fold a piece of paper in half then open it back up. Put paint on the right side of the paper. You can squeeze drops of paint or use a paintbrush to paint any patterns you want.

Fold the other side of the paper on top of the painted side. Press jt down then open it back up. The paint will now show up on both sides.

Add two circles of brown paper for the turkey body. Then orange triangles for the feet and beak. A small red tear drop shape for the wattle. Then googley eyes and you have a turkey!

More fall fun! Let’s make a cute fall tree craft with coffee filters and paper.

Just color coffee filters with markers. Spray the coffee filters with water. Let them dry. Glue the coffee filter on a piece of paper. I used pink, but black or blue would work too. Then trace your kids hand on brown paper. Cut out the handprint. Glue it on top. Add coffee filter leaves. That’s it!

Make a cute little mushroom craft from a paper plate! This mushroom can even stand up. 🍄 🍁

Materials:
Paper plate
Red, white, and brown paint
Tape
Optional: fall leaves, sticker gems, or other decorations

Step 1: Cover the top half of the paper plate with red paint.
Step 2: Finger paint or with a round paintbrush add white dots of paint over the red paint.
Step 3: Cover the bottom half of the plate with brown paint.
Step 4: Once the paint dries cut along the middle of the right and left side leaving a couple inch section in the middle. Wrap the bottom brown painted part around the back and tape it together.
Step 5: Cut off part of the bottom to make it straight to stand up. Also cut off part of the top in a half circle shape to make the mushroom top smaller so it won’t tip over.

Another fun fall craft! Make a cute cardboard squirrel! Add fake or real fall leaves for the tail. I have to use fake because we don’t have the real ones here in the desert. 😂 🍁❤️

Make this fun fall fox craft from a paper plate! It is finally feeling like fall and that means fall crafting. Foxes are one of the cutest fall animals!

Step 1: Paint a paper plate with orange paint.
Step 2: Once the paint has dried fold up the bottom left and right side towards the middle.
Step 3: Glue stretched out cotton balls to the folded up white part.
Step 4: Cut off the top part of the of the plate above the top folded part. Cut out ear shapes from the top and tape or glue them on the back of the plate.
Step 5: Glue on googley eyes or paper eyes. Then glue on a black pom pom nose or use black paper cut into a small circle.

Now you have a cute fox! 🦊 ❤️

It’s day 15 of spooky simple kids crafts! Today we are making cute little witches hats!

Materials:
Egg carton
Black paint
Black paper
Pipe cleaners
Tape or glue

To make them extra fun use a variety of colors. Kids can also draw designs to the bottom paper, add gem stickers, or glitter glue.

Step 1: Cut out the center pointed part of an egg carton.
Step 2: Paint the egg cartons pieces. I did black but they would also be fun with bright colors!
Step 3: Cut out small circles from a piece of paper. I used a chip container lid to trace circles.
Step 4: Tape or glue the egg carton pieces to the top of the paper circles.
Step 5: Take a pipe cleaner and make a small circle that can fit nicely around the top of the witch hat. Twist the pipe cleaner together.
Step 6: Make a small square shape on top of the circle for the buckle on the witches hat. Repeat until you have enough for all the hats. Then add the pipe cleaners to the top of the witch hats.

There you go easy little witch hats! They could be cute for doll or stuffed animal witch hats. 🙂

Spooky simple kids crafts day 14! I’m almost done with Halloween fun. These ghost window clings are super easy to make with glue and dish soap so they are easy to remove from the window.

Comment GHOSTS for the free printable ghost template.

Step 1: Mix white school glue and a few drops of dish soap together.
Step 2: Put ghost template or drawn ghosts in a large plastic bag.
Step 3: Use a paint brush to spread the glue on the bag. I added arms to some of the ghosts and left some without them.
Step 4: add googley eyes and a small piece of black paper cut into a circle for the mouth. Top with glitter if you want extra sparkle!
Step 5: Once they are dry remove from the bag gently be especially careful of arms one of the ghosts broke an arm. 😂
Step 6: Add to a window and you are done!

They were supposed to glow but the dollar store glow paint didn’t glow enough. If you want them glowy try glow in the dark glue!
