I knew when I came here, I wanted to live here (whether forever or just until the next exciting option comes up)

You can walk pretty much everywhere, there’s a view around every corner, you’re never far from a green space (I've been loving my runs at Inverleith park recently), coffee shops everywhere, so much history and some beautiful sunsets!

I don't think I'll ever get bored of it!

Small health update, I have mentioned it in posts before & on my stories, but I wanted to give a bit more information to you all!

It’s a learning process and I’m still discovering what works well for me and my body with CFS/ME.

Medal Monday 🏅

After meeting lots of other runners today, we all agreed that the heat was brutal yesterday but the atmosphere was insane. Legs are sore, body feels bruised, but worth it for the medal & a new PB ✨

Well done to everyone who ran and also big thank you to everyone who brought their dogs to cheer on because that was 10/10 for support 🐾

Last gym session before I headed off - it was all about maintaining, not pushing too hard, keeping the muscles ticking, doing rehab moves and making sure my body just feels prepped.

As a coach I would never make someone put up weights heavy, go hard a week before the event - it’s about prep, maintaining and enjoying the movement 💪

Also cute fit from @oxensportsglobal *gifted
