Two kinds of Swedish cinnamon buns🇸🇪

Today is Kanelbullens dag in Sweden, so I made two versions of the classic Swedish kanelbullar, the traditional twisted kind and a rolled version topped with frosting.

From the French Riviera to this…

After 3 years in Sweden, I finally understand why Swedes love a spa day in autumn.

It’s not just about luxury, it’s part of the culture. Warm water, crisp autumn air, and nowhere else to be.

A spa day at Ästad Vingård, surrounded by vineyards, mist, and a little bit of Swedish magic.

fresh figs are my favorite summer fruit and since i saw this version i've wanted to eat them like this

today it added a little sweetness next to my coffee. figs with ricotta, pecans and honey: my favorite easy fig plate for late summer fika.

my go-to way to serve fresh figs with coffee, takes 2 minutes
save this for fig season.

Something I learned about lilies: remove the pollen right when you get them and they'll stay fresh so much longer. Small trick, big difference.🌼
