Let's cook the Swedish meatballs in Sri lankan style. This is how I normally cook the meatballs for my family which we eat with rice or spaghetti. Yeah it is spice. But we love chilli a lot. Even my 6 year old😁

This is how the fresh wlld blueberries grew in the swedish forests turned out in my baking. My kids had a nice time in the woods picking berries and I made them blueberry muffins to enjoy. They loved both berries and muffins ❤

The beautiful flowers captured while walking to the bus last spring. The sun, the flowers, the bees and the vibe. Love it with all my heart. ❤

It's been over an year since I left my banking job, packed bags and left the country in search of a peaceful life with my family. It has been a lot but here I am transitioning from banking to baking for the family with no stress, no pressure, no toxicity. Navigating the life in an unknown land.
I am more than happy to loose that 'N' in the job title. 😁
