First trip to Disneyland for Clark!! 🏰

I know it's impossible to imagine, because this kid has been on Disney Cruise Line, to Disney's Aulani, and to Walt Disney World dozens of times... 🎢

But NEVER to Disneyland or California Adventure! ❤️

We're thrilled to be staying at the Disneyland Hotel as well!

Hawaii is incredible! We spent three weeks across three islands this summer. But even with all of the turtles, chickens, snorkeling, volcanoes, and beaches.. our boys still found ways to annoy the crap out of each other. 🏝️

It was time for a new travel game: One Rooster! 🐓

We had a lot of success with this impromptu game because the person who spots the rooster feels like a winner, AND the person who names the rooster also feels like a winner! It also taps into your creative brain, so it feels a little less competitive. 🐔

We loved our time in Hawaii this summer. We spent a week on Oahu, a week on the Big Island, and a week on Kauai. ✈️

We got absolutely scorched at Disney's Lookout Cay! (Picture wide eyed, very pale Idahoans emerging from a long winter...) ❄️

But the next day we were headed to Disney's Castaway Cay! We knew we had to take action, and we were prepared for a Disney sized price tag to get aloe vera. 🏝️

Lucky us, it was downright cheap! A few dollars later, we were ready to watch Aladdin, eat at 1923, and emerge the next day fresh and ready for Castaway Cay! 🚢

I have always loved eating the food from The wizarding World at Universal Orlando... 🧹

But since Epic Universe opened, there is SO much more! 🍴

I was particularly impressed with the food inside the Isle of Berk! 🐉

We all deserve to slow down and take a few deep breaths! 🫁

I took a sunrise yoga class at Marriott's Ko Olina Beach Club. (Sunrise is perfect for Hawaii... Hello jet lag!) 🧘🏼‍♀️

It was the perfect way to start the day on beautiful Oahu. We spent 3 weeks in Hawaii this June, and this resort was easily one of our favorites. The incredible access to quiet lagoons, great room setups with kitchens and multiple bedrooms for families, and probably our favorite pool of all time. 🏝️

We had a blast visiting the Oceaneer Club during departure day on the Disney Wish! The theming is top notch, and it is the only time during the sailing that adults can wander through the kids club. 🚢

My boys especially loved that we could all go down the slide (yes Papa too!). 🛝

We have sailed on other cruise lines as well, but the Disney kids clubs are simply unbeatable. Some of it is the characters that they know and love, some of it is the incredible cast members, and some of it is just a little bit of pixie dust! 🏰

Disney Cruise Line is just something special! 🐭
