As a small local business without giant billboards, we hear "I had no idea you guys were here!" all the time. But once you discover us, you realize this space is so much more than just a place to grab a beer. With a full liquor license for non-beer drinkers, live music, and community events, we built this taproom as a local hub for friends and family to hang out and enjoy a little bit of everything.

📍 Find us at: 222 Lake Ave, Suite 1B, Yonkers, NY 10701

Life gets complicated. Staying grounded is simple.

You need food, water, shelter, and a solid drink at day’s end.

Simple Motive was built on that foundation: a place to leave the noise behind, grab a cold beer brewed right behind the bar, and enjoy good company.

No beer expertise needed, just good company and fresh brews.

Your fifth essential is waiting on tap.
Now Pouring Oktoberfest Märzen & Fürst Born, Kellerbier.

Booking a brewery taproom versus a traditional space for your wedding or milestone event is just a whole different level of experience for your guests. 🍻✨

Imagine sipping beer that was literally brewed right here just a couple of weeks ago. Add in an exclusive brewery tour, a look behind the scenes at how the beer is made, and tasting a little bit of everything along the way, it’s a unique, interactive experience most of your guests haven't had before. It won't just be another party; it’ll probably be one of the most memorable events they ever attend. 🥂✨
