Fourth quarter, I’m LOCKED IN. 🔒

No waiting until January to start. The goal is simple: hit my protein, drink my water, work my way up to 10K steps a day, get in the gym, and focus on ME.

August was extremely beautiful. ❤️

Being able to take the month off, travel, see beautiful parts of the world, enjoy delicious food, create unforgettable memories, and receive so much love… how could I ask for anything more?

I am more than blessed.
More than thankful.
More than grateful. 🙏🏾

And once again, THANK YOU to everyone who wished me a Happy Birthday, sent a message, called, posted, or simply thought of me. I’m sorry I wasn’t able to respond to everyone individually — I’m literally just now sitting down and taking it all in.

Literally traumatized to come back to the States.
