A Promise Written in Light
No ring for her small hands,
no dreams cut short before they bloom.

Today, we clear the horizon
and give her room to breathe,
to run, to choose.
The books are open,
the sky is wide,
and every open door invites her inside.

We are weaving a world where her childhood stays hers, where her laughter creates tomorrow’s song,
where every girl knows without a doubt:

This is where I belong.
This is where I grow strong

End child marriage.
Invest in her rights.
Champion her future.

Happy International Day of the Girl Child 2026!

Dear Abba, today and always
I'm deeply grateful 😇

Grateful for the gift of life
Grateful for the gift of family, loved ones
Grateful for the peace that surpasses all understanding;
the source of that peace; You!
Grateful for joy, beyond happiness...
thrives even the midst of chaos
Grateful for love, courage and strength
Grateful I'm still here 🙏
Thank you Lord for another year 😇🥰 by @simplyalero_
