In case you didn’t know… KATRINA is my sister. Like my actual blood sister. 😂

Growing up in a family business taught us lessons most people don’t learn until much later in life. Add in the fact that we’ve both built businesses of our own, and let’s just say we’ve collected a lot of stories, mistakes, wins, hard lessons, and perspective along the way.

On this episode of @kats_agenda , we got real about entrepreneurship, what it actually takes to grow a business, and the mindset shifts that happen when you start taking your business seriously.

In this clip, we’re talking about investments. The uncomfortable reality that sometimes your prices have to go up because your business has grown. Better equipment. Better systems. More support. Faster turnaround times. More value. The right clients understand that.

But before this conversation, we also talked about something a lot of entrepreneurs don’t admit out loud: seeing people in your industry charging way more than you for what feels like the same service and wondering if you’re missing something.

If you’ve ever dealt with imposter syndrome, questioned your pricing, or wondered whether you’re really “ready” for the next level, this episode is for you.

We also touched on building businesses with your partner, leadership, and why therapy has been one of the best investments we’ve both made in ourselves. (Shout out to Glendalee. The fact that my sister and I see the same therapist should tell you everything you need to know. 😂❤️)

The next episode drops in just a few days.

Get your journal.
Get your notebook.
Watch it all the way through.

There are gems in these conversations that might just change the way you think about your business.

What has been the hardest lesson you’ve learned as an entrepreneur so far? 👇 taken in Astoria, New York by @simplycreative2creativespace
