✨️Children feel the same weight we do as adults: overwhelm, empathy, intuition, and big emotions.

That is why I weave simple techniques into my spiritual practice that my kids can easily follow.

My goal is to remind them of their sovereign power and to help them understand that they can easily clear their own energy.

The body is constantly speaking, but a cluttered mind drowns out its voice.

Take the time to create a sacred space with this harvest moon energy.

1️⃣ Light & Center: Light a candle.
Close your eyes and take five deep breaths, visualizing the bright, golden light of the Harvest Moon filling your room.

2️⃣ Journal for Abundance: On a piece of paper, write down 3 things you are incredibly grateful to have harvested in your life this year (relationships or personal breakthroughs).

3️⃣ Release to the Earth: On a separate scrap of paper, write down one heavy energetic burden you are ready to let go of. Safely burn the paper in a fire-safe dish or rip it into tiny pieces, visualizing that energy returning to the earth to be composted into something new.

I realized later in life that my intuition has always been a constant guide. It's a built-in trust that can unlock at any time in our lives.

I promised myself then that when I had children of my own, I would always honor that inner voice and make it my life’s mission to help them do the same.

I don’t strive to be a perfect parent. Instead, I aim for a life that is easier, more natural, and deeply connected.

My children have the absolute freedom to choose their own avenues, make their own choices, and navigate this planet on their own terms. But to teach this, we must practice what we preach.

Every small piece of growth we work on acts as a reflection of light, clearing the path for our own journey and illuminating the lineage of the next generation.
