What one person sees as being unrealistic is what another person sees as having faith.

Thoughts?

Sometimes you reach a crossroad as making decisions can be difficult, especially when it comes to doing something new or going down a different path.

There so many quotes and phrases that speak to the idea of being rewarded with success for choosing to take a leap of faith. 💭

Maybe this is your sign to take that risk?

It’s a new month and we’re 3/4 of the way into this year 🗓️

Personally I feel like this year has gone super quickly, how’s the year been so far for you?

Came across this saying a while back and it really got me thinking. As much as I don’t want to spend all my time putting myself under pressure to do or achieve a million and one things, I have to be honest with myself and acknowledge that I need to be intentional about the life I want to live if I don’t want to have any regrets.

It’s a lot easier said than done (especially if you like enjoyment like me 😂) but it’s just something that helps to give me perspective at times.

Can anyone else relate?

Quote of the week 💡

•Based on this month’s theme, this Latin phrase highlights how talking about plans, goals, ideas etc. doesn’t mean much if no real action is taken.

New month new theme! 🍋🥞

I recently came across this quote in a book and it immediately got me thinking. When on the path to achieving your goals/vision, at what point is hope just not enough?

Can you guess this month’s theme?
(and it’s deffo not hope btw 😅)

We’re still on this month’s theme of perspective, so this week we’re looking at a jam jar experiment that produced some interesting results🍓🫙

Personally I love a bit of variety and while choice is good, it’s important to try and not get lost in the sauce of it all.

Is there such a a thing as too much choice? Let me know what you think!

Let’s get into this month’s theme - perspective!

You can easily fall into the trap of comparing yourself or make assumptions about someone solely based on what you’ve seen on the surface.

When you fall into this trap, it’s hard to acknowledge the difficulties people may have had to face to achieve certain things or realise that sometimes what you see as success may just be an illusion 🤷🏾‍♀️.

As cliché as it sounds, success genuinely looks different for everyone.
So in the end the grass isn’t greener on the other side, it’s green where you water it. ✨

The key question to think about is what are you doing to water your own grass?🌱

Guess who’s back again after the longest hiatus!
I’m ready to start creating/sharing again so we’re gonna kick things of by exploring the theme of perspective this month.

TRAVEL// 🇫🇷 x 🇲🇨

So it’s fair to say I’ve been away for a while, but before we get into that let’s take a look at my most recent trip to the south of France

Thought for this week:

Make the most of your motivation when it’s strikes because it won’t always be there.

How do you maximise your motivation?
