Maybe you’re exhausted from believing you always have to be productive to be worthy.

We’ve been taught to measure our lives by how much we achieve, how busy we look, and how far ahead we are.

But your self-worth doesn’t increase because you checked everything off your list.

You’re still worthy on the slow days.
The messy days.
The days when all you did was breathe, rest, and make it through.

Rest is not a failure.
An ordinary life is not a failed life.
And you don’t have to constantly improve yourself to deserve love.

This is your reminder to choose self-love over productivity guilt.

You are allowed to slow down.
