Roasted Vegetable Couscous Salad — simple, colourful & full of flavour!

I used the Pyrex® metal air fryer dish to roast the vegetables and the glass dish to make the couscous. Both have handy handles and worked really well for their individual uses.

✨ The metal dish was great for getting those beautifully roasted, caramelised veggies, while the glass dish was perfect for preparing the couscous.

Add a simple dressing, toss everything together and you’ve got an easy, delicious meal! 🌿

Everyday cooking starts with the right cookware. 👌✨

Greek potato salad was on the menu today, and I’ve been putting my 26cm Scoville sauté pan to the test.

I’m loving this one. It’s beautifully organised into sections, which makes it so easy to find your way around, and every single recipe is gluten-free as well as vegan — sweet and savoury.

First up from my short-list: the chocolate mousse 🍫 — made it and it did not disappoint. Next on the list:

🍠 Sweet potato scones

Sometimes the pasta sauce has other plans… 🍝😂 A little splutter here, a little boil-over there, and suddenly the hob needs some attention!

Fresh homemade bread with the press of a button? Yes, please!

I tested the Morphy Richards Multi-Use Fastbake Breadmaker (48281), and I was impressed by how easy it was to use. Simply add your ingredients, select the programme, and let the machine do the mixing, kneading, proving and baking.

The loaf came out with a lovely golden crust and a soft, fluffy centre—perfect for sandwiches or enjoying warm with butter.

Fresh, colourful and so easy to make… this fruit salad is one of my favourite healthy snacks. 🍓🍇🍊🥭

When you spend as much time in the kitchen as I do, preparing fresh food also means dealing with plenty of packaging, peel and food waste. That’s why I love having a recycling system that makes sorting everything quick and effortless.

🍉 Gadget of the Week 🍉

With the warm weather, I’ve been prepping plenty of fresh fruit, and watermelon definitely tops the list! That also means sticky hands, lots of peel and a kitchen that needs a quick reset afterwards.
