🚨🚨ONE FREE CLASS!🚨🚨 Simply Fit & Fun offers clients interested in trying Reform to one free class visit! 🎉💪🏽 To redeem, you must email us at info@simplyfitfun.com and we will manually add you into a Reform class that has spaces available. Due to the nature of this class, this free class offering is non-transferable and can only be used once. There are no exceptions to this and we thank you for understanding. This offering is a first come, first serve basis. Clients will be charged a cancellation fee if they do not attend the free class they were enrolled in, no exceptions. Please message us to learn more and get signed up for your trial! This is valid for anyone who has never tried Reform before! ✨ Please note that due to the nature of this class, we kindly ask that you select a day and time that you can definitely attend! Reform does take a few visits to truly get the hang of the workout, but having your first one free is always a win, win! 🚨🚨This class is truly shaping people’s bodies, minds, and souls when it comes to fitness. This format is a game changer!!! 🚨🚨 ✨✨✨✨✨ by @simplyfitandfun
Dear Simply Fit & Fun Community, We have some updated rules and requests that will immediately go into effect starting Tuesday, April 7th, 2026. Please understand these small but effective changes will have a big impact on ensuring our community can enjoy all the offerings at our studio with ease! As we continue to grow, we want to sustain the heart and soul of SF&F which is welcoming anyone and everyone no matter where they are in their health journey. Thank you for your support and please reach out if you have any questions. ⬇️⬇️⬇️ 🚨🚨Please look at the images as we weren’t able to type everything out! 🚨🚨 Thank you so much! ••••••••• 🚨 UPDATED POLICY 🚨 Clients must cancel any reservations you cannot make, no later than 1 hour prior to the start of class. This also includes child care reservations as well. Failure to cancel a class you cannot attend will now, as of April 2026, result in an automatic $10 no-show fee charged to the card on file. This will go into effect for anyone regardless if you are a member or client paying for class packs or drop-ins. The fee increase is to help both fuel awareness and allow for an optimal class experience for all clients. The goal of this simple no-show policy is to help control class sizes. This problem we run into happens most in the Open Gym, Small Studio, and Reform rooms. We have seen an uptick recently in clients enrolling in classes and then not showing up. We understand that things can come up and life happens, so please email us for emergency-related situations or things that are completely out of your control if you need to cancel ‘last minute’ so we can help! Please email and do not text. This needs to be in writing via email for our references. Please note, things like sleeping in or forgetting you signed up weeks ago will not count as an emergency situation. We thank you for understanding that request. by @simplyfitandfun
We are happy to share that Catie AND Caroline Coumounduros are the November SF&F Members of the Month! 🎉 We thought some sweet sisterly love was perfect for a thankful, grateful month! ❤️ See what the girls have to say about SF&F! “We are so honored to be chosen as the first Duo Members of the Month at Simply Fit & Fun!! Since our first class three years ago, SF&F has meant so much to us as we navigate young adulthood, careers, health and maintaining a close sister relationship. The studio has allowed us to have a joint hobby where we can not only catch up before/after class, but get a killer workout in between - and give each other encouraging yet struggling expressions! We first met Danielle and Stef over a decade ago when we were both in high school and attending fitness classes at the YMCA after school. We loved their Barre & Zumba classes and kept following them on social media throughout our college years. Once we graduated college and returned to the North Shore area, we saw that Danielle and Stef had opened their own studio and had to try it out. The rest is history! SF&F is part of our weekly schedule, and there is nothing better than leaving a family event on a Sunday and saying “see you at class tomorrow!”, knowing a Monday workout is in the books. Our favorite classes to attended together are 6pm Heat Power Pilates on Monday, 6am Lean and Tone and 7am Heat Power Yoga on Fridays. We highly recommend making fitness a regimen with your sister/friends as a way to consistently stay close in adulthood. It’s simply the best to stay fulfilled mentally and physically, and we can’t thank SF&F enough for giving us the space to do so.” ❤️ by @simplyfitandfun

We will have a table in the lobby starting November 2nd and kindly invite you to drop off any type of on-perishable food products. We will be collecting until November 15th. We will personally drop off the products to a few local food pantries in the area before Thanksgiving! by @simplyfitandfun
