Hello it’s me! In case you didn’t know I’m Kate 👋🏻 and if you flick left you’ll meet my Rugby!

I have been a florist for 20 years 🙈 and I absolutely love it, everyday is different and there’s always something new to learn! Wedding flowers are my thing, I love meeting with couples, and making flowery dreams come true :)

Rugby (🐶) is an essential team member although not so much of a team player!

Three things you might not know about Rugby:
💤His favourite thing is snoozing. Anywhere, anytime, anyway!
🦴Bribery is never turned down, current favoured snacks include; Cheese or carrots but anything is gratefully snaffled including vet meds!
🦭He’s one park Labrador, one part springer spaniel and and I swear is also one part seal because of his love for swimming!

What a gorrrgeous day for Lydia & Jerome!

The sun came out and @tastysax provided the perfect Ibiza vibes to accompany it.

They got married at the beautiful Cliff House in Salcombe, a place that means so much to Lydia & Jerome.

And I could not be more obsessed with how cute the library was for a ceremony 🥹📚

Their first dance was to ‘September’ so it was only right to include it in the highlight reel.

What an amazing day Saturday was for Lydia and Jerome’s wedding @cliffhousesalcombe down in Salcombe- a day full of energy, loads of laughter and a whole lotta love.

The most relaxed and completely lovely couple and super friendly crowd, I’m excited to share a few previews from their beautiful day.

This weekends wedding was the turn of the lovely Pete & Natalie. The weather was amazing, the Helping Hands Team set up the ceremony chairs down in front of the cork tree. Once set up we moved to the cottage lawn where we did a full set up for the wedding breakfast from putting up the tables to laying everything and making it just as the couple wanted with the beautiful flower vases from Kate @simplyflowersdevon. On the middle lawn we set up the drinks reception with refreshing cold pimms rose spritz and orange juice. Once the ceremony had finished the ladies then served canapés whilst the rest of the team moved the chairs up to the cottage lawn ready for guests to enjoy their meal by @dansamericankitchen. Once everyone had finished they partied the night away with a live band whilst we worked our magic and packed everything away back into the house. A very hot day but a beautiful one. We would like to wish Peter and Natalie our congratulations all the best for the future. taken in Colehayes Park by @simplyflowersdevon

A few quick previews from yesterday’s wedding- the absolutely lovely and super relaxed, Emma & Will @gidleighpark

What an amazing day with an outside ceremony in the beautiful gardens and grounds at the stunning Gidleigh Park.

They had travelled over from the US with most of the guests too, and we all had a whole lot of fun- can’t wait to share more soon 🤍

Whoop whoop, super excited to receive a new Fearless Award in the latest round 😃

Fearless photographers remains one of the toughest competitions worldwide for wedding photography and the hardest to win an award in, similar to the Oscars in the wedding world, so I’m always so happy and grateful to receive an award. This is my 5th wedding award, which still ranks me number 1 in Devon wedding photographers and 4th overall in the South West of the UK, so I’m super chuffed about that.

I love this shot from Corey and Garn’s wedding @boveycastlehotel - here, Corey walks down the aisle with both her mum and dad, trying to hold back happy tears and filled with excitement as she gets ready to marry Garn. I love the layering in the shot and all the emotions, with each face telling a different story, combined with the symmetry and framing of the photo too.
