Five years of working towards this… and here we are, packing orders for 12 Sobeys stores in Ontario! 🥹📦🇨🇦

Happy Saturday, fam! Staying in or heading out? Here’s my simple wash-day routine for soft, fabulous hair! 👌

Wash day is one of my favourite self-care moments, but my curly and coily friends know it can take some work! 😊 If you’ve been here a while, you’ve seen my finished looks. Now, here’s the routine behind them!

For my 4C hair, I use all four products from our Simply Healthy Hair Line, formerly the Coconut Pride Line:

1. Rosemary Mint Shampoo - gently cleanses without stripping my hair.
2. Rosemary Lavender Conditioner - softens, hydrates and makes detangling easier.
3. Rosemary Lavender Hair Serum - adds shine, helps reduce frizz and keeps my scalp feeling nourished.
4. Rosemary Lavender Hair Butter - helps seal in moisture and keeps my coils soft between washes.

My Type 2 and Type 3 friends may find the Hair Serum gives them the finish they need. For my Type 4A, 4B and 4C friends, I recommend finishing with the Hair Butter for extra moisture retention. A little goes a long way!

I usually wash weekly, but with longer hair and a busy schedule of production, markets, trade shows and running Simply Go Natural, it’s often every two weeks now. Between washes, I refresh with the Hair Serum and Hair Butter as needed.

This has been my go-to routine throughout my 10 years of being natural!

CHFA show prep… better late than never! 😂📦

This was supposed to go up BEFORE the show, but our phone decided to shut down on us! 🤦‍♀️ So here’s a little behind-the-scenes moment.

We packed 150 sample bags… and EVERY SINGLE ONE went! 🙌 That’s 150 people taking home a little Simply Go Natural to try, and we can’t wait to hear what they think. 💚

One of the best parts? Seeing people who remembered us from our first CHFA Toronto in 2023—even with our old packaging! Those connections mean so much. 🥹

And the love for our new branding? Just as encouraging as it was at CHFA Vancouver! Seeing that response makes all the work and investment in our rebrand feel worthwhile. ✨

We’re ready to bring our clean haircare and skincare to more shelves across Canada and beyond, and we’re excited to see where these new relationships take us! 🇨🇦🌍

It’s a wrap for @cahealthfood CHFA NOW Toronto 2026! 🎉🇨🇦

What an interesting and challenging couple of days, but we’re incredibly grateful that we made it back to CHFA NOW Toronto this year.

You may have noticed I didn’t share our usual behind-the-scenes updates from the show. We faced a few unexpected challenges, but we showed up, connected with so many new buyers, reconnected with existing buyers and industry friends, and had some truly meaningful conversations. ❤️

A HUGE thank you to @barbaracampbellhali for helping us at the booth, and for becoming our photographer when our phone decided it had had enough! 😂📸 We appreciate you!

And to every buyer, retailer, industry professional and visitor who stopped by Booth 2627B: THANK YOU! 🙏 You made this show special. We’re excited to follow up and explore how we can bring Simply Go Natural to even more stores across Canada and beyond.

The Greenhouse was filled with so many inspiring new and emerging brands this year, and the energy throughout the entire show was amazing. Although I wasn’t able to move around as much as I normally would, you could still feel the excitement everywhere.

CHFA NOW Toronto, we’re ready! 💃🏽🇨🇦

After weeks of production, we’ve packed more than 1,000 samples of Simply Go Natural favourites:
