Found a lovely little coffee spot near Fort Totten ☕️❤️

We got to sit with the owner and hear their story. One thing that inspired their setup came from visiting coffee shops in Central America, where they often saw spaces created for kids too. They brought that same family-friendly idea into their space here.

Good coffee. Thoughtful setup. Community feel.

Started this Wednesday overthinking and impatient. Then I remembered... I woke up today. That alone deserves its own stage. ☕🙌🏽
Now I get to help business owners bring their “I’m not sure but I want this” ideas to life. Missed call text back. Voice AI. Waking up old leads. Helping stressed owners breathe easier.

Yesterday was a good day! 🙌🏾✨

The event may not have had the largest crowd, but it had the right people. I made quality connections, had meaningful conversations about SynergyFlow™, and met several business owners interested in continuing the conversation about their systems and services.

I was also invited to join the JNA and discuss helping with their website, and receiving a certificate was such a thoughtful and unexpected honor! 🥹🏆

This experience reminded me that success is not always measured by the number of people in the room. Sometimes it is measured by the doors that open, the relationships that begin and the seeds that are planted.

Grateful for the opportunity to represent Synergy Business Integration Solutions and introduce more people to SynergyFlow™.

We are just getting started. 💙

Same goal. Different workspaces.

Today I’m working from the home office while Ed is out in the field handling project management.

Different places. Different responsibilities. Same business. Same mission.

That’s ownership. 😅

Some days you’re behind the computer handling proposals, emails, invoices, follow-ups, systems and all the things nobody sees.

Other days you’re on-site checking work, solving problems, managing crews, materials and making sure the job gets done right.

And when you own the business?

There’s no department to pass it off to. 😂
Nobody is coming to handle your part for you.

You figure it out. You communicate. You divide and conquer. And you keep building.

Ownership isn’t always easy, but we’re locked in.

And thank God for systems because at least something can keep working while we’re working. 😜

Two people. Two locations. One vision.

Caught me working. Small business owners, finish this sentence:

“If I could automate ONE thing in my business tomorrow, it would be _________.”

Mine would probably have been follow-up.

Because whew. 😩

You can have every intention of getting back to somebody.

Then a client calls.

Your kid needs something.

Another email comes in.

You look up and three days passed.

That doesn’t make you bad at business.

It means some things should not depend completely on human memory.

Mompreneurs… use the ChatGPT. 😂

You know those days when you’re TIRED, didn’t make it to the grocery store, and everybody still expects dinner like that part of the day didn’t sneak up on you? 😩🤣

No problem.

I literally opened the pantry, took a picture of what I had, told ChatGPT, “I have chicken breast, seasonings, and this. I need something yummy. No bland food.”

That was it.

We went from:
“Do I even have enough breadcrumbs?”
to
“Okay, let’s pan sear it…”
to
“Wait, what if I add sauce and finish it in the oven?” 😂

And somehow we ended up with:

Pantry Chicken Parm-ish with Roasted Garlic Pappardelle.

First of all… GREAT name. 😂👏🏾
Second… it was GOOD.

Plate cleared. Wine poured. Mama happy. 😂🍷

This is what I mean when I say AI doesn’t have to be some big complicated thing.

Sometimes it’s:
“What can I cook with this?”
“Help me write this email.”
“Organize these thoughts.”
“Give me a plan because my brain is done for today.” 😂

Use the tool.

Especially if you’re building a business, raising babies, running a home, managing clients, and trying to remember what everybody needs.

We have enough on our minds already.

ChatGPT for the win. 🏆😂

And yes, I have the before, during, and EMPTY PLATE pictures to prove it. 🤣

I remember when I was praying.
