Lottie’s allergy journey — episode 3 🐾A journey is never straightforward. Just when you think you’re making progress, a curve ball comes along.Her ears and skin have flared again, so we’re back on steroids while we continue trialling the nutrition change with @years_pet. It’s frustrating, but it’s also just the reality of managing a dog with allergies — there are no quick fixes.What keeps us going is knowing Lottie is in good hands. One week into switching Lottie, our 2 year old field/working line golden retriever, onto Years dog food for her ongoing ear infections and skin allergies. 🐾The verdict so far: she’s completely obsessed with this food, genuinely excited every single mealtime, no fussing at all. Too early to say anything definitive about her ear infection or skin allergies yet — still fully weaning her onto it.
