And here it is – the finished creation by my nine-year-old daughter, made especially for her big brother. 💚 He loves green, and he’s very happy with his new beanie!☺️
Have a lovely Tuesday, everyone!

So I decided to have a go at knitting a sweater without a pattern, just following my own ideas and intuition. Well, actually, my younger daughter’s ideas.☺️
She asked for a soft, cozy, slightly oversized turtleneck, so we figured out the measurements together and worked out how to construct it.
And here’s where I’m at so far! I think it’s shaping up pretty nicely, and I’m really curious to see how it turns out.
In the meantime, I’m just enjoying every stitch. This merino is an absolute dream to knit with – so soft, squishy and lovely to work with. 🧶

What could be better than a rainy afternoon spent crocheting a few more rows of your fabulous socks in good company? 🧶🧦☔

A little idea has been growing in my mind, sparked by these absolutely gorgeous skeins of merino yarn from Gazzal, lovingly chosen by my daughters.💕
Their wish for a cozy, soft, slightly oversized turtleneck inspired me to create a design of my own.
The swatch is looking beautiful, and I’m feeling incredibly inspired! ✨
Wishing you all a lovely day!

Slouchy Rainbow Hat in action! 🌈 It's a cute, lightweight beanie that I hope my daughter will get plenty of wear out of. It's still a bit too warm for it, though. But there's something about the shape and the colors, don't you think? 💕 Have a beautiful Sunday!

New yarn for my next project! Another Christmas gift in the making – Christmas is getting closer!🫣🎄🎁 This time, it’s going to be socks for my grandma. I absolutely love everything about this yarn! And aren’t these colors just gorgeous?☺️💖

My gift is finally ready! The sweater evened out beautifully after blocking, and I’m really happy with how it turned out. I hope my mother loves it too and that it becomes one of her favorite pieces.🙏🏻 It’s lightweight, fairly thin, yet lovely and warm. Fingers crossed… 🤞💕

My Jaiden in progress.🤗It’s coming along pretty nicely! I’m using larger needles, and the yarn is such a dream to work with, so it’s all smooth sailing.🧶💙Happy Tuesday!🍁

My little colorful project is finally finished!🌈I think the hat turned out pretty well, and the colors are quite cheerful and uplifting, don't you think? :-)
It hasn't been blocked yet, so it's still unwashed. Anyway, I can definitely recommend this Baggy Hat pattern by @petiteknit – it's super easy to follow, yet the result is really impressive!😄
Have a lovely Sunday!🌷☀️

And so, my next knitting project begins! 🧶✨
This time, it’s going to be a gift and a surprise again – a Christmas surprise, to be exact!🎄There’s still plenty of time, so I’m pretty confident I’ll finish it in time. But more importantly, I really hope it turns out just the way I imagine!
I’ll be knitting a men’s sweater using the Jaiden pattern by Isabell Kraemer.
I absolutely love both the colour and the feel of this yarn. I picked it out online, which is always a bit of a gamble, isn’t it? But I can honestly say it didn’t disappoint! The shade is simply gorgeous, and the yarn is wonderfully soft and not itchy at all, even though it’s 100% wool.
Have a lovely Friday, everyone! 🤎🧶

My daughters not only love wearing sweaters, but they also love knitting, just like me.🧶My nine-year-old is currently knitting her second hat. Those moments when we sit down and knit together are simply the best.❤️

My colorful little break from a big, smooth, solid-colored project. 🌈
The yarn was picked out by one of my daughters, and it's not really my style... although I have to admit, it does have a certain charm. And I believe it will make a lovely little hat that will bring joy to a child's heart. 💕
