Desi Healthy Zero OilAvocado Toast 🥑✨ (ready in 15 mins!)

INGREDIENTS(serves 2-3)

🥑 2 avocados
🧅 1 small onion, chopped
🍅 1-2 tomatoes, chopped
🌶️ 1-2 green chilies, chopped
🍇 Handful of muscat grapes, quartered
🌰 Pomegranate seeds
🍋 1 lemon, juiced
🧂 Salt, to taste
🖤 Black salt
⚫ Black pepper
🍞 Toasted bread

METHOD

1️⃣ Slice the avocados and mash well
2️⃣ Add chopped onion, tomatoes, green chilies, grapes, pomegranate & lemon juice — mix well
3️⃣ Pop it in the fridge for a bit (best served cold!)
4️⃣ Add salt, black salt & black pepper for that chaat-style kick — mix again
5️⃣ Toast your bread and top generously with the mixture
6️⃣ Enjoy! 🤤

And I cannot believe I had the best Dal Makhani of my life... in Jaipur.

I ate my way through this city and it might genuinely be the best food trip I’ve had this year. From Michelin-star boutique hotels to street-side kulfi, Jaipur did not hold back.
