Who is with me? 👀

It’s easy to feel like you’ve fallen short as the year wraps up, but let me remind you: you’re exactly where you need to be.

We all set expectations for ourselves—career milestones, healing journeys, fitness goals, relationships—and when they don’t pan out, it’s easy to feel behind. But guess what? Progress isn’t always about massive leaps. It’s in the little steps you take every single day.

✨ This is your gentle reminder to celebrate all your wins this year, no matter how small they seem.

What’s one thing you’re proud of from this year? Comment below ❤️

Hi, I’m Mariah 👋🏻

I’ve been passionate about helping others for as long as I can remember. Over the past two and a half years, I noticed that I’ve become the go-to person for many of my friends and colleagues when they’re navigating exciting moments in their dating lives or seeking advice, comfort, and support during challenging times.

Whether it’s over lunch, a bottle of wine, walks, or in our secret hiding spots, they share their thoughts and feelings, and I would listen. The advice I offered came from the valuable lessons I’ve learned through my own personal struggles over the past 33 years.

Our conversations covered a wide range of topics, such as:

- how to embrace self-worth, especially when you don’t feel worthy
- skills to help develop a stronger sense of confidence
- how past traumas affect your current lifestyle
- dealing with the frustrations of being single
- coping with the burden of feeling lonely
- overcoming the belief that you are not good enough
- navigating situationshipssssss
- effective communication with boys & girls
- identifying red flags in dating
- identifying green flags in dating
- managing societal expectations and how to live with them
- expectations and how they affect your relationships
- boys boys boys & well…. more boys

In these moments, I realized that sharing my life lessons could make a positive impact on others. Spending time with them, listening to their stories, and providing support became incredibly fulfilling for me. 💕

Never before have I felt such a strong sense of passion as I do now for helping women rediscover their inner strength and thrive during their single years. I firmly believe that your single years are the most empowering time of your life, and by embracing this period, you can create lasting, positive change.

If you’re feeling single or stuck, it’s time to break free from that mindset and step into your full potential. You deserve to live your most powerful, amazing, and unforgettable life and I’m here to help you achieve just that.

I am happy you’re here and I cannot wait to meet you!

Reminder that January is a continuation and no matter where you are right now, it’s okay.

Nothing is wrong with you 🫶🏻

Grief doesn’t care what month it is.
And you don’t need to be “over it” by January as it’s not “new” - it’s a continuation. 🫶🏻❤️ by @simplyriah.co

Read that again 🫶🏻

👀 January isn’t a reset.

It’s a continuation with a new calendar year and for some reason we allow it to create all this pressure to “be better.”

The resolutions you set at the beginning probably no longer align with who you are today. I believe that change is a sign of growth. How freaking cool is it that you aren’t the same girl you were last year?

So, as you scroll over the next few days, please remember that social media is a highlight reel. If you start to feel shame for not accomplishing what you thought you would, dig deeper. Why do you feel that shame? Is it the pressure from social media?

This is your permission to take everything from this past year with you into 2026. After all, it’s just a silly calendars shift.

Wishing you, your family, and your friends a wonderful holiday season 🤍

sometimes the holidays serve as a reminder of what you’ve lost, what you’re longing for, what you’re currently struggling with, and the sadness in your heart. I am sending you extra love today 🫶🏻 by @simplyriah.co

Grief doesn’t have the option to take holidays off.

Holidays can make sadness feel a lot louder. If the holidays hurt instead of comfort this year, you’re not alone.

This is your reminder that nothing is wrong with you. Being an adult is really fucking hard and life can be a bitch sometimes. Give yourself a little grace.

Sending love to you, your family, and your friends this holiday season! 🤍

🫶🏻 Being a human is really fucking hard sometimes.

As a kid, the holidays were so much fun, filled with magic and surprises. As an adult, they seem to be filled with stress, trauma, disappointment and easily become the most overwhelming time of the year.

It sucks.

Knowing that your emotional brain reacts faster than your logical brain allows you to the opportunity to STOP and breathe the next time you’re feeling overwhelmed.

This is your reminder to pause. Take a deep breath and remember, you’re a bad ass bitch and you can handle anything that comes your way.

Wishing you, your family, and your friends a wonderful holiday season 🤍

👀 So…. What kind of music are you listening to this week? by @simplyriah.co

this is self explanatory 😂

where are my newbie content creators at? 🙋🏻‍♀️ by @simplyriah.co

🥱 If you keep feeling drained in dating, it’s time to set these boundaries.

1️⃣ STOP chasing clarity

If someone is inconsistent or sending mixed signals, you don’t wait around for them to figure it out.

You move on.

2️⃣ STOP overextending yourself

You give effort, but not at the cost of your peace.

If you’re the only one keeping the connection alive, it’s time to stop.

3️⃣ NEVER lower your standards to keep someone interested

You’re not here to prove your worth.

The right person will meet you where you’re at, not make you lower yourself to be chosen.

The more you protect your energy, the more aligned connections you attract.

Mariah
