Hi everyone this is saah. He will be posting more & sharing more about his life journey. The inner struggles ups & downs. I hope to be an example of other people can use to turn their life around or be aligned with the person they want to become. I genuinely found it more difficult sometimes to be aligned w my inner “being” or the person I want to be become but we are not static. Either way. I love you guys! Authenticity: The ability to act in alignment with yourself. To show up as you are and embrace your individual uniqueness & share it w the world.

Vulnerability: The capacity to let others peer into who you really are — exposing your flaws, putting yourself at risk of being criticized, judged, and having a feeling there some sense of “loss” at stake.

Grace: The ability to reset. To forgive past sins and transgressions to yourself. To move forward with a fresh mind, understanding that past “failures” don’t determine present failures. To pick yourself back up, keep trying, and understand that you can never truly be broken! no matter how much you’re “screwing up.”

I want to be an AVG Guy.

I find that the more I tap into self-expression and cater to these three principles, the more I see my own inner strength and resilience.

This weekend I did my 1st hyrox sim w my good friend @612nando ! I had so much fun! I defs want to compete in the real thing 💪

Almost 2 weeks ago, I did my first bodybuilding show.

It was an encapsulation of many of my weaknesses: being disciplined with food, training, consistency, and having grace for myself when I show up less than ideal.

There are many moments in life where we fall short, but we need to have enough grace for ourselves to rise again.

I’m very proud that I showed up and did this. It was truly outside of my comfort zone. It was important for me to show up for myself no matter what I look liked that day.

I genuinely had a lot of fun on stage and met so many cool people who inspired me. Funny enough is not about the show or placement but the people you meet along the way.

I still struggle with binge eating and having grace for myself, but we’re still working on it.

The day before the show, I cried. Not because I thought the show would be difficult, but because I was struggling with BED, and sometimes I hate that about myself. But I smiled at the end because I know with all my heart that one day I will overcome this. And when that day comes, I hope my story can remind someone else that they can overcome their eating struggles too.

One of the biggest lessons I learned from this experience is that we need community and authenticity. It would’ve been so much easier to share this journey with others and learn together instead of trying to hide it cause “ I shan’t not be doing this”.

Full self-acceptance doesn’t mean giving up. It means accepting where you’re at right now, having grace for yourself, and doing what you can to improve.
