3 years. 600 workouts. 6.2 million pounds lifted.
Lots of sweat, lots of tears, and lots of flipping off the machine.
But I am really proud of myself! 2 days before I turn 35 and I have never felt healthier or stronger in my life 💖

Thank you to @dweezy1990 for challenging me, encouraging me, and motivating me on the days where I couldn’t do it myself (which was a lot 😅)

On Friday, one of the most important people in my life left this Earth. My grandma taught me how to be silly, how to love the arts, and how to move through life with love. I have so many incredible memories of the special bond we shared and the adventures we had. While my heart is broken, I’m thankful she was mine and I was hers. by @simplytessa

Today was really hard. We lost the best potato there ever was, and it hurts a lot. Chonk had the weirdest personality I’ve ever seen in a dog, and everybody loved her. The little dog with big feelings left a really big paw print on our hearts. One eye, one floppy ear, a tongue that didn’t stay in her mouth, and a face only a mother could love. 7 years ago I walked down the aisle to you and promised you forever.
7 years ago we ate pizza in our hotel room and talked about the wedding that flew by.
7 years ago we danced and laughed with everyone close to us.

I can’t believe that these 7 years have flown by, filled with laughter, tears, love, concerts, adventures, and more memories than I can count. I’m so lucky to walk this path in life with you, and I will forever be thankful that the universe knew we needed each other. You are my best friend, my lover, my safe place, my home. On August 3rd, 2023 I lifted 1 million pounds on @tonal . Now just six months later I’ve lifted 2 million pounds! Very proud of this achievement because it was not easy to stay consistent 🤣 I’ve flipped this machine off more times than I can count. @dweezy1990 is always there to motivate, encourage, and add more weight for me 😆 by @simplytessa
