1 John 4:4 ~

First and foremost I would like to give all thanks and honor to God who has been my rock my sword, and SHEILD!! For covering and giving me unwavering love and grace along the way. This journey hasn’t been easy, but well worth it!

I did it , I made it and I can dang sho say it wasn’t by sight but it was faith that brought me this way. Although my name is on that degree I want to thank those who played a part.

My Village ,

I want to say this loud and clear : THANK YOU TO MY VILLAGE! To the people who lifted me up when I felt like giving up. To the ones who checked in, cheered me on, prayed for me, held space for me, and reminded me of my worth when I forgot it myself. My village came in many forms; family, friends, mentors, classmates, even strangers who offered kind words at just the right time. Every encouraging message, every meal shared, every “you’ve got this”—it mattered, It all mattered! Shout out to my Dallas and Houston family, SOC family , friends I’ve met along the way, and most importantly my Elementary Teachers from (Charles Rice) who kept up , y’all are appreciated!!

My Backbone,

To my Ms.MakeitHappen foreal, I love you to the moon and back. So blessed to have you as a mother! Thank you for hearing my complaints. Being on the phone with me as I drive back and forth from campus and being my listening ears for the past 4 years EVERY SINGLE DAY😂! You’ve been my rock, my cheerleader, my safe place. You believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself. Your sacrifices, your strength, your endless love this moment is yours just as much as it is mine. I love you, and I thank you for everything. Your parenting definitely didn’t go unnoticed you did your thangggg!

It takes a village ❤️
