Looking back at the version of Terika in 2020 vs. now, all I can truly say is I’m grateful the Lord gave me another chance to step into this gift and let go of the thoughts that didn’t align with his word.

I’ve been reading Matthew 25: 14-30 and it left me in self-reflection for a while.
Then the question presented itself: What gifts have you buried that the Lord wants you to go back and dig up ?

I remember being in a place where I was so bound by fear that I would turn down good opportunities because of fear of failure. I allowed the gifts to stay in a hidden place because of fear, but also because I thought being in the back meant “being humble”. Either way I didn’t realize that ultimately it was almost like I was telling God “you made a mistake by giving me this gift.”😮‍💨

I just want to encourage us all in this season that whatever you’ve put down that God said go forth in, GO BACK AND PICK IT UP! even if you have to do it scared, even if others feel like you’re incapable of doing it, even if you don’t have all the answers just yet. We can’t see the fruit of our obedience if we don’t try. Steward the gifts well and show God that you can be trusted with them. Matthew 25: 28-29 by @simplyyterikaa

The #StellarAwards26 was nothing short of amazing. I’m so grateful the Lord saw fit to bless me with an oppritunity as big as this one. To be surrounded by genuine people while doing what I love is truly an answered prayer. I’m confident that this next season of my life will be the greatest season!🙌🏽…. He’s so kind ! 🥹
My prayer is that the Lord would keep me pure, postured, and positioned to not just recieve open doors, but to manage them well enough to keep me in them !
