🌶️✨ Crispy Besan Pakora Platter — made with Fortune Soya Health Oil
Golden, crispy and perfectly spiced homestyle pakoras—the ultimate companion for a rainy evening and a steaming cup of chai! ☕💛

A little besan, a handful of spices, a sizzling kadhai and the goodness of Fortune Soya Health Oil—turning simple ingredients into golden bites of happiness! 🥰 Crispy on the outside, soft inside, and impossible to stop at just one! Pair it with chai, add some chutney, and let this homestyle pakora platter steal the show. ☕💛

🧺 Ingredients
2 cups besan (gram flour)
1 large onion, finely chopped
4–5 green chillies, chopped
2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
1 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
1 tsp coriander seeds, lightly crushed
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp red chilli powder (optional)
½ tsp baking soda
Salt to taste
Water, as required
Fortune Soya Health Oil, for frying

👩‍🍳 Method
In a large bowl, combine besan, onion, green chillies, coriander and spices.
Add water gradually and make a thick, lump-free batter.

Let the batter rest for about 10 minutes.
Heat Fortune Soya Health Oil in a kadhai.
Drop small portions of batter into the hot oil and fry until golden, crisp and delicious.
Drain on a kitchen towel and serve hot with green chutney and ketchup. 🌿✨

Hum dono tabaahi hai kyuki Main kuch karne ka sochti hoon aur mera bhai usse bhi 10 guna zyada crazy bana deta hai. Hum dono saath aa jaayein toh ghar mein shanti naam ki cheez “404 Not Found” ho jaati hai. Ek dusre ko dekhte hi bina reason ke hasi shuru, phir masti, phir kisi ek ko daant, aur end mein dono innocent face bana ke khade. 😂 Difference bas itna hai ki main controlled tabahi hoon aur mera bhai unlimited-data-pack wali tabahi. Lekin honestly, hum dono ki jodi aisi hai ki problem bhi aaye toh pehle uska mazaak banayenge, phir problem solve karenge. Bhai + Behen = Ghar ki permanent emergency. 🤣🔥

Watching these raw materials—the vibrant mustard Georgette and that intricate white thread—slowly come together felt a lot like how she raised me: with so much patience and an eye for every little detail.
