Huge thank you to the amazing coaches and team at Dynamite Boxing Club for always encouraging me, supporting me, and bringing out the best in me 🥊✨ @dynamiteboxingclub
This weekend was a real test of strength, not speed. My longest run before this was 24K because my knees had been hurting for weeks, but with taped knees, reliable Flytex knee sleeves @getflytex getflytex and my trusted @adidasrunning Adizero Adios Pro 4 running shoes, I still pushed through and crossed that finish line despite the pain.
Special shoutout to the incredible people who carried me through the last 4km, I truly couldn’t have done it without you 🫶🏾✨

This birthday, I wanted something more meaningful… 🤍
So I chose to give.
Through iCare, we were able to feed 1,000 people in a destitute home in Lagos, Nigeria.
I may not be there physically, but this means everything to me. Knowing that lives were touched, even from a distance, reminds me that impact doesn’t require presence, it requires intention.
This is bigger than a birthday.
This is the beginning of something truly meaningful.
I’m proud to introduce iCare, a movement of compassion, giving, and purpose. Please follow @icareafriq and be part of this journey. Let’s build something that truly matters. 🤍
Courtesy: SOA
