Hi! For those who’ve found me recently, I’m Simza! You might not know that for over a year now, I’ve been incredibly lucky to have the support of so many people helping me pursue my dream of training at Rambert School in London.
To everyone who’s been part of this journey - whether you’ve contributed, shared my story, or simply followed me - thank you. Your support means everything.
I’m now more than halfway through my first year at Rambert. The training is intense, the community is incredible, and I’m growing so much as a dancer and artist.
But I need to continue into Year 2, I need help. I have a substantial grant from a private arts foundation that covers a large portion of my tuition, but there’s still a gap that needs to be filled for me to return in September.
If you’ve been thinking about supporting, now is the time! If you’ve already given, sharing my story makes a huge difference. Every contribution gets me closer to completing this training.

Dedicating time to emerging artists whose stories deserve to be seen. 🤍

Built around the haunting beauty of What Have You Done to Me by @imogenheap the film follows the extraordinary @simzasaracli through a fading Parisian atelier. As the space slowly disappears, so do the boundaries between strength and vulnerability. Every movement becomes a reflection of resilience, ambition, and the courage to keep going.

Simza is currently training at @rambertschool in London after courageously crowdfunding her journey from Turkey. Her story is one of relentless determination, and it was an honour to help tell even a small part of it.

SIMZA is a portrait of a dancer at the edge of possibility.

Featuring @simzasaracli / Directed by @beki_mari and built around the haunting beauty of “What Have You Done to Me” by @imogenheap

The film follows the incredible dancer @simzasaracli through a fading Parisian atelier. Her movement becomes a space to test limits both physically, emotionally, and practically; mirroring her real-life journey.

Currently training at @rambertschool in London after crowdfunding her journey from Turkey, her resilience and ambition are embedded into every frame.
