I’m reflecting on how my study patterns have been so inconsistent. There are days when I genuinely feel like studying but by body doesn’t feel strong or well enough to push me. There are also days when I don’t even feel like studying but something keeps telling me that I don’t have the time to waste. So what do I do?
I ask the Holy Spirit for help and trust God in me, no matter how I feel and I show up. I pick my books and I study.
But I rest when I need to, especially when I know I need it.
I hope this encourages you to trust God and keep going, because at the end of the day, you’re accountable to Him. ♥️
God strengthens you. Amen.🙏🏼

They said motivation comes when the exam date is announced. They lied.
When the date was just announced, I struggled a lot with getting myself to study for long hours. I’ve gotten better now, all thanks to the Holy Spirit. I’ll be dropping a study vlog soon. Stay tuned.

One of the ways I study (especially anatomy) is by reinforcement learning. I try to go over new concepts that same day or the next day to keep myself from forgetting.
