What you put into your body matters, but also what you’re putting on the outside of it. This routine is gentle enough for babies. I also don’t use any perfumes.

Everything on this list i’ve done extensive research on.

Not all saunas are created equal. You want high quality wood, and most importantly non toxic glue.

The red light panel I use has truly been life changing for me. I have a bad habit of being a skin picker, which has led me to wanting to figure out what’s the fastest way I can heal my skin. The masks work but take 2-3 times as long to get the results the panel gives me in a week.

The quality of your supplements are also very crucial. I personally have a hard time taking pills and using cymbiotika makes it so I can actually be consistent with my supplements because many come in liquid form.

As always have discernment and do your own research.

Apple Cider Vinegar Ginger Shots
Makes 10

Ingredients:

* 12 ounces warm water ; this is for mixing in the honey, so not lukewarm

* 6 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

* 12 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

* 6 tablespoons lemon juice

* 6 tablespoons of fresh grated ginger

Directions:

In a large jar or glass combine warm water and honey and stir.

You may need to heat the water slightly more.

Add the lemon juice, vinegar, and ginger and stir. Pour into shot glasses.

I get my glass shot glasses from Amazon. :) by @sinaruby
