Give yourself the chance to be a witness of your life. Life for some odd reason is best understood backwards. This big beautiful puzzle we keep putting together and eventually see the connections. I’m thankful to have had the chance to see past 13, past 18, past 23….

Your existence is a gift. You just never know what life has in store. Some seasons are for molding; some for flourishing and some to remind us to find joy in the slow moments. This is where we see the growth. And if I’m honest; learning to stay present in some of these current situations has been a challenge. The thoughts want to sneak in; the dark humor a bandaid to the heaviness. I wish I could escape this mind sometimes especially now that I’m sitting through the thing so used to drink away. I have been reflecting more so on how far this journey has led me and the people, women mostly, that I’m able to hold while they navigate the same pains or grief.

Please stay; because what if it does all work out.

There are so many others I have been able to meet; learning to be okay in my vulnerability I also saw who showed up too. Like I said, life has a way of surprising you 🥹 so for you all who came to add light to my life you know who you are and I’m glad you exist!! by @sincerely_lis

I have never felt so alive! 09•20•2025
🪂 the little girl who cried on carnival rides, panicked 9 steps trying to climb onto the SPI lighthouse and who was once deadly afraid of heights became a woman who jumped 13,500 ft from the sky 😭🤍

I hope they will learn:
💛 that happily-ever-afters are simply new beginnings, even when things end or change.
✨that life is far from perfect; but creating beautiful core memories are choices we make
🌙 never stop working toward dreams; even if it means making new ones.
