When you feel like you’ve been on a hamster wheel for years and years and years! Eventually, something’s gotta give! 😔 I never put myself first. I always came last. Success and business went before me. My kids went before me… That all came to a screeching halt this year and it feels so good! Now I’m living for joy, and not searching for validation through achievements and projects. #overwhelm #burnout #recoveringworkaholic Gym newbie. Fitness beginner. Wellness journey. Gym motivation. Life, but upgraded. ☺️ If you knew how much of a business-obsessed, workaholic I’ve been for the past two decades, you’d understand this new season of my life. 😮‍💨 I’ve definitely been on a big ol’ hamster wheel for a good while, now it’s all about slow, soft, calm, intentional moves and only SMART business decisions. 👊🏾 Mumpreneur burnout. Create a life you don’t need a vacation from 🥰😍🙏🏾 I’ve always looked on the bright side of life, but now I’m SO big on carving out pockets of joy in my everyday life 👌🏾 Get clear on what you want, what you believe you deserve and then make decisions with intention. 💯 Wellness journey. David Lloyd with kids! 😍 (Yes that first picture is actually at a David Lloyd’s club and NOT a restaurant!) 😁😅 The summer holidays has been so fun and easy with the kids, as there’s so much to do and it’s all included! Some activities are at an extra cost, but the majority are free. The girls have enjoyed tennis, swimming, the amazing food and of course the fabulous ’Pash N Shoot’ smoothies! There’s skating, archery, slime classes, face painting, music class, dance class and many more! The soft plays are always so clean and never too busy. I think the family splash @davidlloydhampton has been their favourite so far. I mean an hour drive up there 😱 and we’ve done it twice now! Kids memberships are £64 per month. Way cheaper when compared to all the entry fees of various places added up. Would you join a David Lloyd’s? | Wellness journey. Gym motivation. Healthy habits. Starting over. Life after burnout. It’s official… I’m in love! 😍 Last night was my first time trying the spa at David Lloyd Notting Hill and my my my 😱☺️ Gym newbie. Wellness journey. Healthy habits. Starting over. Life after burnout. Ridiculous 😍 Tried this for the first time from M&S Salt sauna 😍 What I love about many of the spas at other clubs, is that they’re never as busy as my home club 😒 I was relaxing on the hot beds listening to music. First time bringing my headphones into a spa. Was lovely. If you know me, you know I’m ALL about the aesthetics 🤩🤩🤩 This pool again 🤩 The jets were so powerful. I’m not sure how I’ll ever use another spa other than Notting Hill 😩 Changing rooms 👌🏾 The interior designer in me wanted to align the chairs before taking this photo, but I managed to chill 🤣 And NO THEY DO NOT come through like this at my home club! 😏 Until we meet again… which will probably be in a few days if I’m honest 😁🤣 by @sincerelyelsina
