The Story Behind My Brand: Polly Vincent Growing up wasn’t always easy for me. I was teased about my appearance, and those words stayed with me, making me feel small and unsure of who I was. Then, when my parents divorced, my world changed even more. I withdrew into myself, feeling lost, insecure, and out of place. It was a tough time, and for a long while, I struggled to find where I belonged. But even in those moments, I found comfort in being creative. Whether it was doodling, painting, or experimenting with colours, creativity became my escape. It was my safe place, a way to express myself when I couldn’t find the words. Through art, I found little moments of joy and strength, even when life felt overwhelming. As I got older, I started to realise that this passion for creativity was more than just a coping mechanism; it was my calling. That journey eventually brought me to Permanent Makeup, and it was here that everything truly clicked. I discovered a way to use my love of art to help others feel beautiful, confident, and empowered. Every client I meet reminds me why I chose this path. I see pieces of my own story in so many of the people who sit in my chair, people who have struggled with insecurities or who are learning to love themselves again. It’s such an incredible feeling to help someone look in the mirror and see the beauty that’s always been there, even if they didn’t see it at first. And honestly, I’m still on this journey myself. I’m still finding my way, learning, and growing every day. But one thing I know for sure is that my work isn’t just about enhancing someone’s features; it’s about creating a space where they feel seen, supported, and beautiful both inside and out. This is my story, and it’s the heart of everything I do. Last minute gals trip last week to @cancurreu in the San Carlos hills Ibiza. Such a lovely place with our own spacious villa. Great food, lots of relaxing, (had a full body massage at the spa which was heaven!) and my nervous system has been reset! So needed that little break and some bloody luxury, right before the summer holiday madness begins 🤗🫶🏼💛 will try to not undo all the calming routines I’ve achieved xx by @sincerelypolly
