June + July + August photo dump

I spent most of these months bound to my bed, incredibly sick and feeling like I was barely surviving. But I tried to make the most of the good days and little moments in between.

More than anything, this season reminded me how incredibly lucky I am. I have the very best family and friends. My husband is my best friend and carried me through some of my hardest days, and my kids gave me more grace than I could ever ask for.

The way running has shaped my life is something I’m not sure I’ll ever be able to fully put into words.

Running has taught me many lessons, but the biggest one is this: I can do hard things. Growth doesn’t come without discomfort, and some of life’s greatest moments are waiting on the other side of challenges that once felt impossible.

I’m grateful for every mile, every lesson, every finish line, every person I’ve met, and all the joy running continues to bring into my life.

Running has given me so much more than fitness. It has given me perspective, purpose, and countless opportunities to prove to myself that I can do hard things.
