It is with immeasurable sorrow, anguish, and grief to announce that our Beloved Community Member, Artist, Activist, Organizer, Patron, Et Al. Cat Frazier has succumbed to the injuries on June 29th, 2026 that she sustained during her medical emergency on the evening of June 9th.

There are no words to truly describe the loss of such a Beautiful, Passionate, Loving, Kind, and Generous Soul.

The Fires of her Love, Powerful Presence, Indomitable Spirit, Warmth, Compassion and Care for others, innumerable Good Deeds, and her Love & Care for The Community will continue to burn bright in all who knew, met, and Loved her, and will continue to spread and burn well beyond.

'There is a light that never goes out'

To our Dearest Cat:
You are the Absolute Definition of Love, you are Loved more than hearts can contain, and you will continue to be Loved for Forever and Beyond.

You and your absolutely unique, beautiful, and wonderful soul will always be with us and your presence felt in every note played, stroke of a pen and brush, click of a color wheel, verse spoken, word sung, line written, dance move, first shows, last shows, all shows, technical difficulties, smile, joke, laugh, hug and more throughout time.

You are Loved more than words can tell and nothing can nor will ever change that!

Sincerely Yours, Your Friends, Loved Ones, and Fellow Community Members.

Our friend and organizer of Oakland Secret, Cat, is in serious condition in the ICU due to a major medical emergency on Tuesday. She was in cardiac arrest when paramedics found her and she didn't get oxygen to her brain for likely several minutes. Doctors are saying they believe it was likely a heart attack. She is currently on a ventilator waiting for more tests. We won't know more about her heart condition until tomorrow (Friday) and her brain condition until this weekend/next week

Randall was there with her when she collapsed next to them, helped administer CPR until the paramedics arrived, and has been by her side nearly 24/7 advocating for her since.

Please please please send Cat and Randall lots of love and support right now. Comment your love, text Cat and Randall some words of encouragement if you have their numbers, and let us know if you have any art or music to share, or ideas to host a show in support of both of them!

Please stand by and keep an eye out for any updates on Cat's status

We love you, Cat and Randall. Stay strong 💜 by @sincerelyxyoursx
