About last night!! ❤️

What an honor to be celebrated for something that truly means so much to me. Those who know me know that children are the world to me, so being recognized for this work was beyond special — especially because it was a complete surprise! I didn’t even know this existed! 😂

Being in a room full of people who love what they do was absolutely magical. ❤️

Thank you, Kerri, for the recognition — you will always live in my heart. Thank you to my Sis, my ride or die, for always showing up for me, and to my Little Lambs family for coming out to celebrate with me. 🐑❤️

And a huge thank you to the Westchester Child Care Council for making this beautiful night happen.

Early childhood education has always been my calling, and those of you who know me know how deeply passionate I am about this work. Not only was this recognition a complete surprise, but it is also an incredible honor.

I’ve been in this field for many, many years, and I truly hope to see some of you stop by my table!
A very special thank you to my amazing coach and mentor, Erica Soccocio of the Trailblazers Group, for the beautiful flowers, your unwavering encouragement, and for always being my biggest cheerleader. 🌱 What happens when your teaching assistant has outgrown their current classroom?

One of the biggest mistakes childcare leaders make is keeping great people in the same role simply because they're doing a great job.

But here's the question...

Are you just filling classrooms, or are you intentionally building future leaders?

Man, what an incredible honor it was to meet a woman who teaches and truly celebrates everything I love—PLAY! The joy of play, the wonder of play, and most importantly, the power and importance of play.
Kristen, I learned so much from you. Thank you for sharing your knowledge so generously. I had an amazing time, and the school is absolutely beautiful—it reflects such warmth and intention.
And Percy enjoyed it too! Even though I brought him along at the last minute, he couldn’t stop talking about the experience afterward.
