Sam won 2nd place at her church's regional Broadway-themed "American Idol."

So cool to see her Singing Athlete high payoff drills come through for her, allowing her to wow the crowd with a very challenging song.

Who knew your shoulders and obliques had so much to do with your voice!?

Greg landed his high B♭ and the room lost it. 🎯

@singinggreg is a newly certified Level One teacher, and he came in with a lean — right hip drifting on the top note of “Til I Hear You Sing.” We tested his shoulder strength. Left side was weak.

We’re contralateral bipeds. The left shoulder and the right hip are on the same diagonal. So we loaded his scapular protraction on the left with a @flexvit.band to fire up the serratus anterior.

Next rep. High B♭. Crowd goes off.

We retested his shoulder — he was so strong I could have hung off his arm.

Assess and Reassess. Every time.

If you’re a voice teacher or singer who wants to work like this, the 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 has cohorts in May and June — three slots left in each — almost sold out. Link in bio.

Here I am, at East High for the 20th Anniversary of High School Musical. Not High School Musical: The Musical: The Series, just High School Musical. Two of my voice students are performing and I'm proud to cheer on the Wildcats from the audience! #gowildcats #highschoolmusical #easthightheatre #getyourheadinthegame #wereallinthistogether taken in East High School (Salt Lake City) by @singinggreg

🎵 IT'S FINALLY HERE 🎵

After months of work, I'm thrilled to share that my recording of "Haven't Got Much" is now live on Spotify!

This song has meant so much to me since I first discovered it back in college on Matt Belsante's Blame It on My Youth album. It's been a joy to finally bring my own interpretation to life.

This project wouldn't exist without an incredible team:

Original by: Matt Belsante (lyrics & music)
Arranged by: Daniel Blomberg, Dave Zimmerman, and me

The Band:
🎸 Ava Stone - Guitar
🎹 Daniel Blomberg - Keyboards
🥁 Dave Zimmerman - Drums

Produced by: Daniel Blomberg (@blombergmusicproductions) and Dave Zimmerman (@noiseboxstudios)

Recorded, mixed & mastered by: Dave Zimmerman at Noisebox Studios in Provo

Thank you to everyone who contributed your artistry, time, and expertise. You turned a song that's lived in my head for years into something real.

🎧 Give it a listen and let me know what you think!

Does singing fill your heart with pure joy?

Imagine singing at church without mumbling the words, delivering a showstopping karaoke performance, or surprising everyone on your daughter's wedding day with a musical number.

I'm Greg, a classically trained vocalist with over a decade of professional teaching experience.

My specialized approach has guided hundreds of students to breakthrough results.

I've developed a unique, fast-track approach to vocal growth that is proven to deliver results.

My students have achieved remarkable success. They've performed at prestigious venues like Hale Centre Theatre, been cast as leads in their school musicals, been selected for solos in their community choirs, and even sung with the internationally renowned One Voice Children's Choir.

"What I love most about Greg is that he genuinely educates me as a vocalist. He doesn't just tell me what to do; he tells me why I'm doing it. I've had "fancy" vocal coaches in the past who didn't explain anything; they just issued commands. With Greg, I'm becoming a better singer and a more knowledgeable vocalist. This means a lot to me. I highly recommend him."
-Ben

"Greg has been an incredible coach! He has real experience, and his ability to demonstrate proper techniques and polish my natural abilities made me feel confident and performance-ready after my first day! Having recently been cast in a Sondheim musical, my quick sessions have been invaluable! I'll be going to Greg for any future audition work and additional assistance during shows. By far the most effective music coaching I've had in Utah."
-Dan

"Greg is an amazing vault of vocal knowledge! I saw progress in my own voice after just one lesson. He has the tools to help strengthen your voice by using foundational techniques that are applicable to all styles. Book him immediately!"
-Brianna
