Today I learned the BEST onion cutting cheat code! It wasn’t easy, but I cut an onion with zero tears, zero sniffles, zero watery eyes, zero runny nose. Zero.

WHAT is the trick?
- Keep your mouth open and breath through your mouth and not your nose.
-It’s a challenge! Not as easy as you think, but it works so well!

Today was outstanding at the AXL Creatives Intensive Workshop. I took pages and pages of notes to take home and steward. I didn’t get many photos but I would like to remember this and the impact on my life in the coming years. taken in Mercy Culture by @singingshelly

Update on my mom, Mary Reid Deen:
She has been transferred to Hearthstone Nursing & Rehab in Round Rock. She is doing great and is so excited to be one step closer to home! She has a window with a view of the courtyard with trees and sunlight. 😍 If anyone would like to visit her, she was approved for the next 20 days fully covered by her insurance and we are believing and praying she will go home at the end of that time! 🙏🏼

Prayer points:
-Physical therapy:
Back to her baseline (no walker needed) in the next 20 days.
-Occupational therapy:
Able to bathe and care for herself with minimal assistance in the next 20 days.
-Speech therapy:
Her voice and swallowing back to normal in the next 20 days. by @singingshelly
