Swipe for the full lineup, save this for your next coffee run, and send it to the friend you’re bringing. A huge thank you to the local Nashville and Smyrna shops welcoming us into their spaces 🤎

A little taste of what’s coming 👀

Matcha, sweet cream hojicha, pumpkin horchata, and black sesame maple… just a few of the drinks you can expect at CallaTé.

Which one are you trying first?

One for you. One for the person you’re sending this to. 🤎💚

Coffee or matcha? We’ll let you two work that out. 🤭

Somewhere, someone has a little cold foam mustache 🥸 *peep slide 2 matcha*

Shhh.. sip first.

update # 3 🤎

We’re down to our last few construction updates before we wrap this thing up and start making you drinks and sandwiches!

We’ve got some fun things planned for October! A super cool new website, Coffee & Trinkets on October 10th, plus a couple more events we’ll be announcing soon 👀

Thank you for being patient with us and cheering us on through all of this. There’s a lot that goes into getting this little trailer ready, and having you here means so much to us.

Come see our first pop up!

Our friend @lemonpurins is hosting ✨🌎BIG WORLD little trinkets - a trinket trading, art, and craft market with local artists, and we are honored to have a cart serving some of our seasonal drinks coming soon to our trailer.

We will have a very limited drink and pastry menu, and we are so excited to give you all a taste of what’s to come!

Meet the person behind some of the ideas coming to the CallaTé menu. 🤎

Our R&D Chef, @lucy.prince , is bringing her culinary background, creativity, and a whole lot of heart into what we’re building.

This is just the beginning 👀☕️

We’re putting the finishing touches on a drink menu we’ve been really excited about. While we’re still a little ways away from serving everyone, we thought we’d share a small glimpse before the full reveal.

Huge shoutout to @lucy.prince for putting so much heart into bringing this menu to life👩‍🍳

Every syrup is made in-house, and we can’t wait for you to try them 🤎

Everyone asks how to say it.

CallaTé. ( Ka-yah-teh )

It’s our little nod to Natasha’s Latin roots, our love for coffee and tea, and the idea that the best conversations start by slowing down long enough to listen.

Thank you our family and friends supporting us in our journey 🤎

Sip first. Yap responsibly. 🤫

A coffee + tea trailer dedicated to the fine art of shutting up for one second and taking a sip.
