I’m not even passionate about making coffee.I was passionate about feeling safe. And cafés were the only places I felt that back in 2018-2019.Heartbroken, jobless, lost, I flew to Vietnam over and over and just sat in coffee shops with friends who were also going through breakups that felt like death.It was comforting.It was an escape.It was my reset button.And somehow… that escape became my purpose.Sip House in July 2020.Delab in November 2020.Now we roast coffee together.The universe is crazy. by @siphousewa
