PINOY STREET FOOD IN WEST CO🇵🇭🍢

@islandpacificmarket brought Pinoy Street Food Weekend Series to West Covina today! they set up food stalls featuring the Filipino community’s all-time favorites and unique street foods, such as lumpia, turon, bbq, fish balls, halo-halo, & more. it was such a fun experience & felt super nostalgic grilling filipino skewers with my family ❤️

starting at 4pm onwards, they hosted a Kanta Kada Panalo event indoors with bingo, Filipino food, and a live band. make sure to stop by at their next event!!

@outpostcoffeeusa just had their grand opening in Walnut! i used to come by the Diamond Bar location to study so had to check this new location out ~ it was super spacious & clean with lots of food & drink options!

as a jasmine tea lover, i lovedd their jasmine matcha a lot, not too sweet and you can tell they use ceremonial grade matcha! also highly recommend their outpost latte, creamy & bold espresso flavor🌟

NEW TABLE-SIDE KBBQ + SPORTS BAR IN LA 🔥🥩

@hwayeonbbq is one of LA’s newest KBBQ spots where they grill the meat right at your table! i loved the lively atmosphere with sports TVs everywhere, such a fun spot to hang out with friends 🍻

we ordered the large beef & pork combo ($139.99), which feeds about 4-5 people. it included brisket or beef belly, finger meat, marinated back rib (my fav), pork belly, pork jowl, & shrimp or octopus. they also serve it with side dishes, kimchi stew, & your choice of fried rice or ramen!!

i’ve had @out.of.ordi saved on my food list for the longest time and i’m so happy i finally got to try some of their most popular salt breads!!

i highlyy recommend trying the g.o.c (garlic onion cream) salt bread— crunchy & creamy w/ a savory filling in the middle! i also loved the truffle salt bread, which had a hint of truffle salt, & another must-try is their matcha salt bread with matcha cream in the center. such a fun experience trying everything out 🤍
