Still on hiatus but took time to celebrate another birthday with the homie. Haven’t seen him since we travelled this time last year for Winter Party and his bday. COVID prevented him from planning something out of the country until the vaccine was available. So back here again. He’s been a real one since meeting over 10 years ago. Love the homie. Happy birthday, Timmy! I promise not to be the designated driver and curse everybody out again like in Puerto Rico lol back to breaking from social media lol taken in Miami Beach, Florida by @sir_shaffer

This is all yall getting from my National Competition Debut in Pittsburgh. Judges said I need more size. And I can clearly see my core was not engaged from the beginning. Not until I was doing my transition. Abs needed to be shown the moment I walked on stage and not trying to afterwards. I’m happy I even qualified to even be there. The hard work I see from the men and women in this sport amazes me. This is just a hobby for me but I love the motivation from being around these top athletes. A big thank you to my coach and friend Calvin to take the time to coach me @building.bodies taken in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania by @sir_shaffer

Student loans forgiveness. Gone. Gay rights. Gone. Medicaid and Social Security. Gone. Book banning to tell the truth of American history and brutalization and murdering of black ppl and the slaughtering of the indigenous people. Ban on Muslim ppl. Rips away women protection rights. Mass deportation. This is what America wanted. by @sir_shaffer
