Throwback Thursday to Saturday’s Girls Night Out😍 what an experience. These humans came and brought their hearts, desires, intentions, and power to the floor and let US see THEM.. who they are, as they are, in this moment in time ✨

Thank you again to everyone who came out and spent time with community🔥

Last night was such a powerful evening and I am in such a state of gratitude and appreciation for all the people who came to share deep parts of themselves.

This Girls Night Out workshop is designed and created to hold the container for others to be seen, heard, and supported on their healing, grieving, releasing, and integration.

And we unlocked something within all of us.. whether a sense of freedom, a feeling of self acceptance, a reconnection with the body.. we all shifted our frequency, our awareness, and our worlds by showing up for our BODY with our SELF.

Present in our presence.. unapologetically 🔥

Thank you for letting me create the container and be witness to all the different vulnerable moments we ALL had… #boobtape 🤣

I’m planning the next one.. did you want to come?

Love ya ~ Red 💋

A NIGHT WITH RED ❤️

What if a night out with the girls meant more than drinks and dancing?✨

What if you got to play. Explore. Move. Feel. Laugh. Connect…?

Come spend an evening with me exploring sensuality + sexual empowerment through movement… with absolutely NO pressure to be “sexy.”

🔥Chair or no chair.
🔥Heels or no heels.
🔥Lace or sweats.
🔥Structured movement or completely free.

We’ll play with mirror work, meditation, intention setting, sensual movement, a little choreography, and a whole lot of permission to simply BE in your body.

This isn’t an intense dance class.. It isn’t about looking a certain way.. And it definitely isn’t about performing for anyone else..

It’s a girls’ night out with a little more depth. ❤️

We’ll have wine, cheese, good music, good energy, and space to explore what feeling empowered in your own body means to YOU.

✨ A NIGHT WITH RED ✨
Sensuality + Sexual Empowerment Through Movement

📅 September 19
⏰ 6–8 PM
💋 $20
👯‍♀️ Bring a friend!! ~ 2 for $30

Come curious.
Come comfortable.
Come dressed up or dressed down.

Come exactly as you are.

Let’s have some fun. ❤️

Venmo: MichaTSexCoach and put 🔥🔥 in the notes and you’re registered!
