I would love to make a lengthy caption about what it felt like to be standing on this ancient Incan land but the reality is that I don’t know how to put what I felt into words… just that I felt deep recognition and awe. I am honored to have been able to experience the potency of this sacred site in my lifetime. I understand now why Machupicchu is counted among the seven wonders of the world.

have you ever seen a mermaid in the wild playing the native flute ?

intiway ~~~

deeply missing this land. my spirit is still dancing with winds of the valley 🌀

this song was inspired by the fast paced playing of the Andean Quena flute (which I will one day soon own & learn to play) 🕺

huītzilin 🦜 (my low A bass flute) accompanied me on my journey through the sacred valley. enjoy this sweet melody inspired by the voice of the Quechua communities, accompanied by the waters of the urubamba river in the background 🦦🇵🇪

this transmission was inspired by the sounds of the sun setting in the middle of the forest on the eve of my solar return. gratitude to these lands that belong to the Timucua & Seminole nations. I encountered a herd of deer during my time on this land & they stood by to receive the medicine of this flute song & I too received the medicine of their presence.

I am so grateful to be alive another year in this life.
