Appreciation Post 🙌🏽

Now it feels complete. He couldn’t make it to the ceremony, but I’ve gotta give our MD, @dwightstone his flowers! Bro, your hard work every single day was a huge contribution to this moment happening. You and I spend hours on hours daily making sure Praise stays the winning station it is. WPZE been on the air since October 2001 — 24 years of serving the city, showing up at events, and keeping the message alive.

So to bring home our first @nabshow Marconi (aka the Grammys of Radio) with you as my right-hand. Man… that’s the best part. (Batman x Batman) WE DID THAT!! 💪🏽🔥

Big salute to our Operations Manager @derekharper — thank you for putting us together and giving us the green light. We’ve been running ever since!

Brother, who taught you to hide your pain?

Who made you believe your emotions needed caution tape around them? Who taught you that being a man meant keeping everybody away from the parts of you that hurt?

For many of us, that silence was never our choice. We were forced into it. We learned to hold things in because speaking up brought punishment, ridicule, disbelief, or more pain.

Then we grew into men who could tell everybody “I’m good” while suffering where nobody could see.

That caution tape has a story. And you deserve a safe place to tell it.

You don’t owe the world every detail of what happened to you. You do deserve support, room to feel, and the freedom to decide how you move forward.

Today, you get to define what freedom looks like for YOU. It might begin with an honest conversation, asking for help, setting a boundary, or admitting that something still hurts.

Brother, you deserve more than a lifetime of holding it together.
